What is the legal validity of the self-signature?
The self-signature have the same evidentiary value as the advanced electronic signature. The advanced electronic signature is the signing record of the signatory, linked to it in a unique way and that allows its identification. The authentication of the identity of the signer ensures the evidentiary value of this type of signature. Therefore, it has legal validity and can be used in legal proceedings or in courts.
How to make a self-signature?
1. Choose "Self-Signing" in Fingerink´s control panel
Then, load or create a document. You can also choose one of the templates you created.
2. Prepare to send (optional)
Add a personalized message, schedule to send at a later date and include recipients in CC.
3. Sign the document
Add your information, the missing information in the document and finish the signature process.
4. You will receive an email with the audit trail
We offer an audit trail that collects electronic evidences generated during the signature process.
