What is the legal validity of the certified email?
The certified email is equivalent to certified mail or registered fax, but in electronic format.
Like these, it has legal validity and can be used in court proceedings or before courts. An evidentiary document is generated with all the information regarding the actions carried out by the recipient and at the time they were made. This certifies communication between sender and recipient.
How to send a certified email?
1. From the "New document" section
Load or create a document. You can also choose one of the templates you created. Then, select “Certified Email” option.
2. Add the recipients
Add a personalized message, schedule to send at a later date and include recipients in CC.
3. The recipient(s) receive(s) the document
By means of an email the recipient can access the document from any device.
4. Check the status
You will receive an email with the evidentiary documentation. In addition, the status can be monitored from the management panel.
